  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Tools and accessories must not show any signs of use. Used tools cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
